
Virginia Groundcherry (Physalis virginiana) - frost hardy perennial - 12 seeds
It is frost hardy (to at least zone 6) perennial with ascendent shoots and delicious fruits. Native to Midwest and central plains states and southern and eastern Canadian prairies. It likes full sun and is much drough resistant. Seeds germinate the best when soaked by 12-24 hours in GA3 soultion (2000ppm), or if cold stratified (sown outside in autumn or stratified in fridge in gently moist sand). Rarity in trading. Package 12 fresh seeds.
