



Caucasian wild perennial beet (Beta trigyna) - 25 fresh seeds
The wild cousin of a garden beet, which grows in Ukraine, the Balkans, Turkey, and Iran. It is a perennial, growing for many years and flowering every year. Its fleshy roots and leaves are edible and highly valued as a wild vegetable. Seeds should be sown in mid-spring (April) directly into their permanent garden location. This package contains 25 fresh seeds (harvested in the Summer of 2025).
