Drias Plant (Thapsia garganica) - 2 seeds
A difficult-to-find (commercially) umbelliferous plant from southern Europe, which, although poisonous, was used medicinally (from at least centuries). Some claim this species was a mythical herb called "silphion." This species has recently been in the news due to the discovery of highly effective substances isolated from it in treating Covid-19. We're not certain, but we suspect the seeds are best sown surface in spring in warm (greenhouse, window sill etc.). The plant should have light, well-drained soil. It likely tolerates only light frosts. A pack of two fresh seeds is available for sale. Only 2-3 packs are available for sale.
