This dwarf, perennial species (not a shrub)—a Chinese endemic—grows wild in a single location in Poland, as an escapee from cultivation. Otherwise, it is rarely cultivated for its delicious, edible fruit. It is truly a very difficult species to getting in trading - rarity. Seeds should be stratified in damp sand in the refrigerator over winter, or they can be sown in a cool cellar in the fall (they will germinate in spring). Package of 5 fresh seeds.
